Maymester & Summer Meal Plans
The end of spring semester is right around the corner, and we wanted to share some important information regarding remaining balances at the end of the semester and how the Flatiron Meal Plan can be used during the summer.

The Flatiron Meal Plan operates year round, so if your student will be staying in Boulder this summer they can continue to use their meal plan like normal.

Any remaining balance on your student’s Flatiron Meal Plan card from spring can be used during the summer or will just carry over to fall semester.

Students do not need to be enrolled in summer classes to use the Flatiron Meal Plan over the summer.

If you have an Auto Reload set up on your account and your student won’t be using the Flatiron Meal Plan over the summer, now is a good time to check to make sure you have an end date established on your Auto Reload settings. If you have any questions about this, please call the office at 303.415.0067 and we can check the settings for you.

We will be adding a new set of exclusive cardholder coupons to the Flatiron Meal Plan app on Monday, May 4th to help your student save money this summer.

What is the Flatiron Meal Plan?
The Flatiron Meal Plan is a prepaid dining and discount card that allows students to purchase meals and shop for groceries at over 100 of their favorite Boulder merchants. Students select their food, present their Flatiron Meal Plan as payment, and the exact amount is deducted from their account. You can start a Flatiron Meal Plan card with any dollar amount, and remaining account balances carry over from semester to semester and year to year – so there are never any wasted dollars.
The Flatiron Meal Plan is a great way to help your student budget his or her food money, and avoid costly ATM fees, overdraft penalties and interest charges. Parents are assured food money is spent as intended, and student dining dollars are stretched as far as possible through exclusive cardholder coupons, deals & discounts.

Back-to-School Coupons:
Every Flatiron Meal Plan member will receive the back-to-school coupons, and we will start to add the spring coupons to the FMP app this week. This spring’s coupons will include dozens of great offers like 50% off any entree from The Corner, buy one entree, get one free at Motomaki, buy one breakfast sandwich, get one free at Moe’s Bagel, buy one sandwich, get one free at Potbelly, and one free slice of pizza with any purchase at Peckish!
Deposit Bonus Coupons:
Plus, every time you deposit $250 or more to your Flatiron Meal Plan this spring, you will receive an additional set of coupons from our partner merchants. The deposit bonus coupons will include great offers like $3 off any entree from The Corner, 50% off a cold brew coffee from Rush Bowls, 50% off a Hapa Original Roll from Hapa Sushi and 50% off any roll or bowl at Motomaki.
Deals and Steals
Throughout the semester we are constantly working with merchants to run great one-day promotions for our cardholders. Deals are deep discounts and steals are free. Recent offers include great deals like a free bagel and cream cheese from Moe’s, free tacos from Torchy’s, free shakes from Five Guys and free cookies from Insomnia. Deals and steals are announced through email, Facebook, Instagram & push notifications to the Flatiron Meal Plan app.
Grubhub is now accepting Flatiron Meal Plan!
You can now use your Flatiron Meal Plan to order food through Grubhub! Click here to learn how to activate Grubhub Campus Dining in the Grubhub app, and then add your Flatiron Meal Plan as a form of payment. Students who activate Grubhub Campus Dining with Flatiron Meal Plan will receive Grubhub+ for FREE! With Grubhub+ students will enjoy:
